RE:RE:RE:RE:Results outRegarding a delay... One factor in all this could be the new director William Rand, he initially held somewhere around 18% of the float. Some of his purchases where in the 7 to 8 cent range before the down turn. Now this is just my guess but i would think that to agree to the roll back he might like something in return... speaking in general. They have allready alloted him stock options but it is likely that he needs to be properly setup before moving forward. This is just a guess but Rand could be a big factor at this point... he wont be just in the back ground, he will be directly involved.
