North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Vulnerable to M&A according to Scotia...I'm sure there is a 'poison pill' in the event of a hostile takeover attempt. That said, you are right - the new management is here to grow the company and asset base. And Bisha will be around much longer than most seem to realize. It's a big, rich deposit of both copper and zinc. It has not been fully delineated, but 8 years are baked into the cake. The company is growing the company organically and using cashflow. Not many companies have the discipline to do that. NSU is not an exploration play or a quick flip. But if you want a company that will be around, grow, and again, in the future pay a nice dividend, NSU might be in the top 10 such companies. All in my opinion of course.

And if the company wants to fast forward, I would expect a merger of some sort...but a takeover is not in the cards.
