RE:RE:RE:Premium Metric for KDX in takeover?
Amidst the speculation and various scenarios here, I'm more inclined to think that JRaffles opinion is the most likely one....think what you will of Klondex management, they would likely go down screaming and kicking rather than take an unacceptable low offer and the same would probably be true of the "big" investors. They, as well as the rest of us are fully aware of the potential of KDX extending in to 2018 and in a (most likely) rising pm environment. Yes, I think they are likely to circle their wagons and resist a low ball premium takeover.
And in all due respect to you goldminer, there is a very obvious contradiction in your comments wherein you say the KDX guys will go along with whatever is offered just to keep their jobs and in the same breath say they do have a unique skill set that would be hard to replace. You are correct with the last part of that statement which invalidates the first part of the statement imo.
Conclusion: I continue to accumulate KDX shares and expect to enjoy substantial gains over the next 2-3 years as the true value of the company is unlocked and pm's reach all-time highs, jmo, always do your own dd.
