I will convey with sincerity that the discussions some are having around price point for buy out valuations here are very very..... very safe. I am privileged to have a network of friends and professionals that make most of what I've seen on any stock forum/board pale in comparison. That is not egotism on my part in saying this... I am extending a compliment to one such individual who is present on this board. I just had the opportunity the review multi-sourced cross referenced geological analysis and modelling data for the Garibaldi holdings. The level and degree to which this analysis has been conducted is unparalleled elsewhere that I am aware of and I will say it has me more than excited.
Summary of analysis: SUMMATION
-4 STRONG ANOMALIES TO TEST AND MEASURE MORE THAN 90% OF EXPLORATION PROJECTS WITH JUST ONE.
-POTENTIAL ORE BODY SIZING COULD MAKE IT AMONG THE LARGEST KNOWN.
-HISTORICAL DATA HAS WORLD CLASS GRADING FIGURES ESPECIALLY IN TODAY'S WORLD
-POTENTIAL OF MULTIPLE BILLION DOLLAR VALUATION OF EACH ANOMALY
-PROVEN UP WOULD BECOME A HIGH POTENTIAL TAKEOVER TARGET
While we know that the project is effectively in its infancy and quantitative and qualitative drilling to prove up the resource(s) is underway, there is more than enough highly probabilistic data available and historically compiled that corroborate the communications by GGI. There is more than sufficient data to leave anyone with a geological mindset and fresh set of eyes to recognize that the anomalies are present and of a size that makes other world discoveries seem small.... (ie Voisey Bay).
To review the GGI holding the striking observation is the fact that this is a very rare occurrence and may have only seen examples similar in maybe 2 other places in the world, but "never" to these dimensions.
It is one thing to have one world class source reviewing the data, it is quite another to have multiple conducting a peer review of that analysis.
So I'll close with a couple of quick points. Early stage buyout based on preliminary valuation of each anomaly has been cross referenced, peer reviewed twice over and with sufficient technical detail to satisfy my scientific mind that the degree of due diligence far surpasses any I've viewed elsewhere. Early stage preliminary valuation of each anomaly in short provide for some staggering project valuations:
Low Average: 5.83 billion
Mean Average: 13.09 billion
High Average: 23.78 billion
This includes all anomalies and rights along with variances
I will however reiterate the cautionary statement: That is early stage buyout based on preliminary valuation of each anomaly and assumption of resources which will have to be proved up by the core assays.
I know a lot of nerves on the line for some people. When I learn that some savvy consultants for 50 billion dollar valuated companies took a long hard look at this play and promptly bought hundreds of thousands of shares... and that they anticipate turning that into several severals of millions of dollars... it makes it easier for me to have conviction in where I have put my money. The consensus opinion of these industry consultants is "it wont make it to spring, if their plan is build the book of data on D anomaly and then make it public as they are required to, it won't make it to spring. Someone will try and take them out." The minimum speculative projection for sp under that circumstance exceeds $50 / share and should a bidding war ensure... the sky is the limit. I know some of what I convey may give you a moment to pause, but I cannot reveal / disclose who those people are. What I can say is that they've been on the planet longer than I have and they've got as much time working and consulting in industry as some of the millennials have on the planet ...who frequent these boards. They've got the industry experience to truly speak from an informed and seasoned position and they've seen how stories like this have played out before. Voisey Bay played out some 25 years ago. There is a very real data here that suggests that this play will dwarf VB my several multiples. I am banking on it.
I'm sharing this so that everyone had the complete context and the mindset under which I first communicated it. I do not make buy or sell recommendations. I simply strive to convey as much sound dd that I can to allow us to make the most informed investment decisions possible. Take it for what it is worth and that is by no means an invitation to make personal attacks or try to discredit me in any way.
