Big pharma don't think like we do...they have plenty of cash so purchasing something 'on sale' is less important than minimizing risk.

In my opinion there will be no move before (not necessarily in order):

A) bank start lending money to cannabis corporations

B) recreational is fully legal

C) a FEW quarters after recreational with solid numbers and a 'to the moon' chart

Best sweet time (in my view) would probably after rec but before edibles


Then again...what do I know

buy, hold, repeat is what I say
