Share price on March 30, 2015 was 0.75

Share price on March 30, 2015 was 0.75Plus...the share price was .75 cents on March 30, 2015 when commonwealth acquisition was announced. It then trended down due to negative sentiment with gold, not because of a non compliant resource estimate. Anyone who has held since that time is in the money, not out of it. In addition, with limited float and minimal volume...any 'losses' would be insignificant and would have already reaped the benefits of tax losses. Swing trading large amounts would be an absolute challenge. Having trouble with understanding this share holder alert....is the argument then that due to this non compliant resource estimate the share price should be lower....? It wasn't until early 2016 that it started trending upward...almost a year later...??
