RE:RE:12 cents options explained They have now issued 5.8 million options in the span of 10 days. The stock option plan says the maximum aggregate number at any time is 10% of outstanding shares. Not sure if there is a specific time period attached to this, or if it’s truly at any one time, but they have got to be very close to the maximum of options they can issue. It would make no sense at all to issue them at 12c and 13c respectively if they didn’t know the results are decent. It seems samples have been reported in batches so they must have a general idea.
