It provides value-added services including ripening, bagging, custom packaging, logistical management, and quality assurance. The Company also provides its customers with merchandising and promotional support, insights on market trends and hands-on training.

They paid 42 according to that same press release, not 47. If memory serves me right they borrowed and only paid interest, so it was about the same as rent except triple the square footage. I don't think you can even go and rent such a large space in Vancouver. It doesn't exist so they had to create the opportunity.
