RE:RE:RE:RE:why sell-off? because some people thought PO is submitted When a end user wants a product, he chooses what he wants. Then you tell him to pass through a distributor. In this case, I read that they have negotiated with the end user and they told them to pass through distributor X, exclusively. It is not the other way around. They gave this distributor exclusivity to sell their products. It's as simple as that. As for the timeline, if they didn't have a hint on when it could have started, they would have said sometime in 2018, not from 2017 to end 2018 as the first year. If they didn't have a contract, they would not have posted precise numbers either. My assumptions can be as good as yours. Signature is as good a word as definitive agreement. You sign something with value attached to it, you have the obligation to fill it. It is not a LOI it is a signed contract.
