CR is a necessity.
CR is a necessity.Just observations.
Today, ARV got access to $12m more than yesterday specifically for the JV with NVO.
The largest participant ($4m) in the CR looks like Sprott Capital Partners - could do worse IMHO. A CR at $0.20 is not too shabby IMHO and provides a floor.
Therefore ARV can contribute to its 50% share of the JV development costs till the next CR or take-over (or whatever you suggest in due course). This enables the JV to focus on the job of drilling and completing assays.
We know and accept (I hope) that resource development is cannibalising in nature, so CRs are a necessary and critical aspect of the process. Until junior resource companies like ARV have a significant and regular income stream, expect more CRs to happen. Btw, NVO may also face that issue if their kitty runs out and the results are not stellar enough to move the SP to the edge of the Milky Way. The SP at the next CR will be determined by various factors at the time.
The fact thgat we are here discussing NVO and ARV means that we expect both the ARV/ NVO SPs to be heading north when the next NR happen with drill results.
Sometime in the (near or nearer) future I will be expecting that QH, ES, DL and others who may yet appear on the scene to sit together and discuss a resolution to this 'bad marriage' as described by TX. But let's not get too far ahead of ourselves. Let the JV do the necessary work and report to the expectant shareholders who salivate or not, at their every syllable.
Happy waiting to all. GLTA
ps. I am a ARV shareholder and like many here own a smaller percentage than yesterday.
