RE:NEXT FINANCINGOSK may have (a lot of) influence on the operational / exploration side BUT they are neither in control of BFD’s front or backdoor.
 
If another interested party steps in, BFD’s BOD will have to deal with this within the SEC guidelines as in an independent fairness opinion. If a third party doesn’t step in and OSK makes an offer,  protection of Minority Security Holders as I outlined in this previous post kicks in:

I firmly believe that there are enough eyeballs on this area play to prevent outright theft.
 
Some posters here seem to be determined to paint this “Theft is possible” picture. Maybe they are not aware of the safeguards in place or maybe they are and want to deflect from these safeguards hoping that run of the mill retail will base the merits of any offer on recent SP / valuation.
 
Yes, frustrating as the SP can be manipulated but certainly no card blanche for “theft”.
