Uh why do they have to wait 2 to 3 weeks lol? The options have already been granted. This isnt a private placement that is subject to the exchange approval....

It's really the same thing as insider buying in a way. They have secured 3m shares at this price of 12 cents. You can't go out now and release amazing results. For the sake of appearance at least the will wait two weeks from yesterday's NR. Otherwise it smells. But watch this stock closely. They issued 3m shares to "consultants". Would not be surprised if those are a group of traders ready to take this stock to the next level....
