I think we are at or very near the bottom here again so picked up a bunch today and yesterday. We just need news about the split and when. That could come anytime now. Once done I expect them to make moves on growth and expanding in their own directions. Been a long wait and just have that feeling it could happen anytime now so I am in the buying and not selling mood with PHM. N3
