Cloak and Dagger fantasy

If all the exec's at Purdue were popping their own Oxy, perhaps they could cook up such a scenario. And, if that major plan was executed, it would make a lot of Class Action Lawyers believe there actually is a Santa Claus.
I'd suggest concentrating on the obvious and not muddy your thinking with outlandish scenarios.
