These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Ias5513 129 IgnoresQuite frankly a better stock price for HBC benefits Richard Baker considerably more than Jonathan Litt or the retail cheerleaders who hang out here. In the big picture I wouldn't want to "bet the farm" on Jonathan Litt as I suspect he's just a sh!t disturber trying to make name for himself as well as a few dollars. If and when the Teachers Pension Fund declare they are going to throw their support behind Land and Building I'm prepared to change my opinion of Litt, but not before.
