RE:Read the NR :)The fact people can still buy at this level is insane imo.  With that said, its clearly large players accumulating and when they are ready this will run wild.  Proper valuation right now is well over .50 in anticipation of that BIG PO.  Let alone the Homeland Secutiry deal last week and this great news today.
