Financials due in 10 daysWell they wont say much or have much to report but they are due by the end of this month for the most recent quarter.
There have been no updates to insider info on Sedi despite the private placement share info showing a group of two people taking down 400k plus of the deal which would give at least one of them a 10% interest in the company
Someone must have at least 200k 200k/.075 =2.6 million shares or over 10% of the 17 million or so shares outstanding post PP
Now that 400k can be 100k to one guy 300k to another but someone has to have at least 200k if broken in two.
It could be that the "pro group" might be institutions which later broke it down to others which might be why we see no update but who knows.
No info, no releases, no Mekenix, evaporated sales .... and a missing Lebouef who was supposed to be working on "behalf of all shareholders" LOL
