RE:SGMS Stock Up on Announcement - How Farked is thatThis was IPO at 3.50 and two PP over the buy out price today..The manAgement did not get a great value out of this deal ...Hopefully some other bidders coming to the foray..2.40 bought out price...a bargain!!!! Buyers stock went up instead...
