a few things to think about.....
why no whitepaper till Oct. 2nd? is it added to a prospectus coming in the mail, with the AGM circular?..... Oct. is our last month for fiscal 2017.... We will get 3rd qtr. earnings next week..... I think once we see the "whitepaper", people will wish they had owned more shares of record....jmho
