The shares have moved quietly from the $13.00 range to nearly $14.00 in the last four weeks while similar preferred issues (4 years to reset) remained at the same level.

Volume is light.

Possibly someone knows something about an offer for outstanding preferred or someone is speculating an offer is coming.

Time will tell. In the meantime we are sitting on our shares collecting 6% tax advantaged yield.
