Its Belltopper Gold Project comprises the adjacent Malmsbury and Queens projects.

What do you mean by "100% focus on Karrath gold project"?

I think it's a good deal for Novo. Novo gets $1M worth of shares that could grow significantly. They also keep the conglomerate gold that could be on the property. Likely Novo wouldn't get around to working on that property themselves for a very long time as their focus is around Comet Well/Purdy's and the neighboring properties. Even if Calidus doesn't find gold in the rock they are focusing on and abandons the project, Novo would likely know the extend fo the conglomerate gold. Free exploration with upside.
