I'm not sure why this is being brought up as a potential issue. It is pretty common to not list the sale price of a transaction until the deal is done. One of my other holdings PBH bought Leadbetter Foods on Tuesday and also didn't release the purchase price. This happens all the time for varying reasons. I have zero concerns about this.
