At 75k-100+k the units aren't thinly traded. Those are actually pretty significant numbers. 

I see from the level two quotes that they are being sold and bought in all manner of quantities. 

A lot of this looks like portfolio balancing as being suggested by the broker/analysts on the business channels lately. Some of it may be coming from estates, some of it may be coming from many people that have recently been thrown out of work. Some of it is being played by Day Traders but not much. Not enough volume to indicate institutions buying/selling. 

As for this trust's units being a $10 value, I must disagree. I would suggest anywhere from $11 - $13 would be a fair price, considering the return. 

I do believe the main thing holding this back has to do with investor distrust. Just Energy left a very bad smell in this sector and many here lost their shirts in JE. 

It's very possible we are guilty by association.
