New acquistion @ 51% ownership

Not sure what to make of this new acquisition in North Carolina. The article also states 1500 cancelled appointments of procedures because of Hurricane Irma that would impact revenue. I feel like their Q3 financials might not hit the Green again - but I haven't looked into it at all and just going by the information that was provided. Anybody been able to reconcile the financials? Or am I totally off the mark with this?
