if another comes it will be within 10 dayspretty well after that paper work to plan the meeting dates and get everything ready for the shareholders to sign off on will start to be executed and significant extra costs start to accrue.
My opinion is tuesday-wednesday of next week would be the likeliest date for something to come out. This wll have given a new buyer a whole week to think through what offer they would be prepared to throw at nyx.
