Universal shelf base prospectus

Universal shelf base prospectusdoes this mean liquidity problem is not solved yet? home capital still need raise more capital to meet the regulation requirement? if so, $750 million equals 50+ millions shares under current share pirce, comparing with current outsanding 80 millions shares, that is a big number. Or it would be better allowing by issuing more corporation notes?

possible good news is Q3 may beat the expectation.

don't forget, Fed will raise interest rate  one more time this year, possible three times in 2018., two tiims in 2019, one time in 2020.  the mortgage rate will be closed stress test rate around 4.64%(?). Plus possible guideline 20 will be issued by year end. It all challenges to home capital.

not much long or short options on HCG in the market. so please don't call sb a shorter. hopefuuly your money safe.
