It's gross revenue. I adjust for the partnership percentages when I calculate EBITDA. I'm using 70% for now as shareholder EBITDA / total EBITDA. Maybe should be a touch lower given that all the recent acquisitions are 51% JVs, but I think sticking with 70% is reasonable for now.
