1) First, if the market REALLY thought that another bid was coming, this would be priced over the 2.40 bid.
2) If a company is truly wanting to buy this out, best thing to do is not announce just yet -- buy anything under 2.40 then announce a bid. Do you folks see that kind of volume? I see a fair amount but not in the tens of millions for someone to purchase a meaningful share to overcome Davey and TSG block.
Not sure another competing bid will happen but then again, I never thought Davey would be $tupid enough to sell this at 2.40. Uograd, if what you say is true, then a white knight would appear in a week or so. I didn't read about the breakup fee nor time for competeing bid so thanks folks.
