RE:RE:RE:Boy I thought they felt with this last year... what idiot sWith all due respect, I don't think aurora will be selling out product without rec in play. I believe they would have an inventory surplus and would end up wholesaling to Germany and / or other LP's (who are not completed expanding) until rec falls in place. Your statement also does not factor in other companies who completed expansion and increased their own capacity. Like Berta said, rec is baked into share prices throughout the sector (non negotiable). Any any disturbances or delays WILL lead to a substantial drop in the stock prices. Aurora is not immune, nor is any other LP.

Regardless, I see a it as a win-win scenario. IMO.. If a delay were announced, SP's would drop for weeks on end (much like in the spring). Easy move is to sell out on day one and buy back within a few days or weeks, ultimately increasing share count. If no delay is announced, our shares will continue to increase in value, eventually leading to huge gains once legalization is in effect.

If sky was done right now, Aurora could sell all of its product medicinally, they don't even need rec. Sure it's nice for additional revenue, but with Germany and Canadian is all they would need at this point. The only reason we only have the patience count we have is because they strategically throttle their numbers, meaning, it's closed, but, they open it up for new patients each quarter and add 1000 or so patients so their quarterly numbers still show growth. I agree with you two that I wouldn't be surprised if a 6 month delay hurt the stocks but in my opinion it should only hurt smaller companies that are relying more on the Canadian market! OGI's deal with NB is an example of that. If Canada delays, aurora will just send more to Germany and open up their patient count. They have set themselves up in such a way that they don't need recreational to show growth/earnings! Not that I own aph or weed, but, I know weed is in a similar boat, not as familiar with aph but I know they aren't hurting too bad.
