Normal Course Issuer Bid

Normal Course Issuer BidI'm curious as to why the company has not started their buy backs yet given they've received approval nearly 2 months ago.  I emailed IR to find out if we can expect this in the near future.  I suspect this might be the fundamental kick we need to push this stock higher.   Cheers
