I think the problem here is we have a management that does not believe they have to do anything to earn their money. These guys have done nothing for years now that has benefitted the shareholders. The schemes that they have proposed have only cost the company money and NONE have gone anywhere. This company exists only to provide a revenue stream for the managers.
