RE:RE:RE:RE:All That Glitters Is Not Gold, But In This Case, It IsTxRodgers,

I agree with you that Novo/ES wants to take out Artemis.

The average volume of shares traded for Artemis for the last 3 months is 7 million shares per day.  If I were ES, I would be picking up 500,000 Artemis shares per day through Kirkland and personal purchases up to the point I reach 19.9% of Artemis.  Artemis's share price has been stagnant for some period so it's hard to see a pattern of someone buying heavily so I lack support for my premis that Kirkland and ES are accumulating a lot of Artemis shares.  But if he has, Kirkland and ES might be getting close to 10% each.  I would guess the average of the purchases would be around 20 cents for the needed 100 million shares which equates to $20 million - peanuts to both ES and Kirkland.  My guess is a takeout within the next few weeks for around  40 cents per share ($224 million based on buying the remaining 80 percent).  Would a bidding war erupt if ES goes for Artemis?  Lots of possibilities until the drill results start coming in.
