Mdj...you are spot on!!!

Mdj...you are spot on!!!If we go back to the Horgen Agreement...btw both Gary and Jeffrey don't like to talk about it but it's real...they dismiss it and speak in vagaries.

Equity Structure (i.e. Claim to profits)

EPO.       48%
Partner.   49%
Horgen.     3%

All this assumes that we will have to make room for a partner in our mine and the result will be EPO having claim to less than half the earnings.    Project those earnings anyway you want.   Factor in that we will have at least 1 billion shares outstanding...

All this means is that getting to $1 per share looks less and less promising.

Unless a few things happen :
Canadian Govt grants the project close to $1 billion...implies we end up owning more profit
The new mining technology proves itself and mine constrcutin costs are considerably less
Encanto has plans to go behind Potash and EPO will have the lion share of this effort

Who knows...one thing for sure...I'm tired of waiting on this story to unfold.  Sick and facking tired of waiting!!!
