I understand your frustration. I don't buy into conspiracy theories. The bottom line is there was delays in the trial and the stock price got hammered. The financing gives us another chance. Let's hope the HNSCC goes smoothly. The sellers appear to be taking a little break. Hope the floor has been set. Also, hope the money is used for the trials and not wasted on the PR firms.
