RE:Macquarie Research: Outperform rating & $0.50 target for RPM

RE:Macquarie Research: Outperform rating & $0.50 target for RPMThanks for sharing, Stockmaster. Finally an analyst said what many of us have suggested and openly suspected. There are foreseeable and preventable operational screw-ups that are holding up production. Macquarie said the leach pad crushed rock liner bottleneck could have been "proactively operationally managed."  That's sort of like saying the butcher could have proactively operationally managed the side of beef by placing it in the refrigerator rather than leaving it in the hot sun. I thought Rye Patch's manager and crews had experience with leach pads.

Howald should have been on top of this, especially after all of the earlier problems. Maybe a little more time spent down in the hot Nevada summer sun would have had him learn of a few more problems. If his production team is not being forthright, it's time to make changes.  If he knew this was going bad, then this is a deceptive lack of communication with shareholders. No doubt word of these problems was common knowledge among the 100 plus workers.  This would explain the stock price dropping when it should have been rising the last couple of months.
