RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Horgen...what I'm looking for on the first few tranchesI'd say 5 years; depending if EPO goes full plant or consider a smaller plant with room for expansion. Producing, selling and shipping by 2025 if 2019 is met. Just my opinion but Shovel in 2019 is far different than Construction start in 2019; won't happen! Still at KS but the setback was the tank collapse. Thought by now I'd be at Yancoal but they'll wait for pricing to rebound a bit higher I suspect. The collapsed vessel alone at KS took 12 months to procure, fabricate, ship and install. That's just 1 vessel; full plant like KS has 14 of them.
