RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:more volume than usual today You're getting confused between the record date and the ex-div date. The record date is AFTER the ex-div date. As Scotiabank tells you, the ex-div date is on the 28th of September. That means you will be on record as long as you buy before the 28th, and it will be paid to you on the 16th of October.
