Around year end I expect some sort of a deal, usually companies will sell off non core assets as a loss and we all know endo, Concordia, teva, valeant, etc have overpaid for lots of their assets. For tax loss purposes and pure desperation I believe year end we will see some deals in the 3-5x cash flow area
