RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Peter Pacalli on PUREVAP Patent & Royalty Payments Dear Stocknews 101,
The Royalties are not dependent on the issuance of a patent.
With respect to the patent pending we are highly confident that it will be issued despite what others may purport to know. We are heavily involved in supporting HPQ in this matter and PyroGenesis has a stellar record for success for 1 simple reason: We can't afford to waste our time or money on failed patent applications so we only pursue those applications which we are confident will result in patents, and this was an application we originated.
I trust this answers your question and we thank-you for taking the time to ask it.
Sincerely
Peter Pascali

Confidence is a wonderful quality, especially when someone else is paying the bill for every dollar spent.

Confidence is a wonderful quality, especially when someone else is paying the bill for every dollar spent, you were paid $1M for the IP, and whether a patent is issued or not a 10% royalty on gross sales will be due.
Confidence is a wonderful quality, especialy when someone else is paying the bill for every dollar spent, you were paid $1M for the IP, whether a patent is issued or not a 10% royalty on gross sales will be due, and assuming you scale the process whether you scale 3N or 6N the same 10% royalty on gross sales will be due.
Kudos to Peter. He should be confident!
Cheers, Nap

Or are they intentionally not willing to disclose the details and inventive steps at this time to protect the secrets? Let's wait and see.
