RE:RE:RE:RE:Official JV to develop M d'OrNot so sure about that. Keep in mind once the spinco deal goes down you get a "free" share for every 5 you own. Something of value as they begin to define that property. Next would be the value of FG as a stand alone project. If we elect to dilute ourselves to raise our share of capital, the risk of a failed project is large if the market for the metal stalls or falls for any length of time. If we let Nord run with the build out, we settle for 15% of the profits for not having to put up any cash. Seems obvious that at the end of the build, Nord would buy us out as they like to fly solo. So we're back to the guess of where the price of the metal will be four years from now as this goes into prodution, if indeed we go that route. Even though we would be owners of 15% of the value of the entire project, who else would buy it? A hedge fund? A royalty company? Private equity? No miner would want to be bothered with such a small slice of the pie. Bottom line is there's around 4 million easy ounces to be had, thus now more than ever whatever the market values the metal, is where we will find our share price.
