Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Base Shelf Prospectus

Hi All;

I just had a thought about our ability to perform a PP in short order.

The prior two PP’s were based on the shelf prospectus dated January 2015. That prospectus expired in 25 months, that would be last February 2017. I do not see any further extensions listed on SEDAR.

How quickly can we have a fresh prospectus approved, published, and be ready, willing, and able to act on it?
