RE:RE:RE:Official JV to develop M d'Or

RE:RE:RE:Official JV to develop M d'OrIf Nord builds the mine, Columbus gets slow rolled. Winds up with 10% of mine production + 2% NSR (in 4 years)

If Columbus sells their 45% to a party who wants to invest in co-developing the mine with Nord, this seems like the best path forward and I expect this is the most likely outcome.at about $100M.

So, right or wrong, those are my assumptions. What I do not understand why people are not happy with the spinco. It seems this would be the logical and only way to deliver to shareholders the fullest value of the company. Whatever value Montagne D'Or may have for us, we alone get the benefit of the Nevada assets and how Nevada unfolds is in the control of Columbus and is no longer lumped in with Montagne D'Or by the market.

I for one am happy for this decision and can't see what better option the company had. It feels to me like the mokey is off our back.
