RE:RE:RE:News!!Completely agree JDN, well said. I've been watching this one from the sidelines though I have some exposure by virtue of my holdings in SMC. You can't blame people for their frustration, that being said, the financing is being done at $0.09, I don't think it prudent to be giving your shares away at $0.06-0.07. This is precisely the kind of creative deal that F&M is particularly good at, marketing that optionality, and aligning themselves with stronger groups that vindicate their investment thesis. I may pick some up at these levels.
This is a quality deal whereby AGG shareholders can be reassured that the Kobada mine will be built, as Hummingbird is a qualified operator that wouldn't be entering in this arrangement without knowing they'll be able to raise the requisite amount of funds. I suppose we'll have more clarity once the transaction closes and the option period ends. No matter how you slice it, I believe this is a huge positive for shareholders.
