RE:stating some observations about Agramont and team is bashing

RE:stating some observations about Agramont and team is bashingThe likely answer is C and here are the two primary reasons for the share price in a funk:

1.  Substantial amount of restricted shares purchased around 12c being gradually released from restriction and available to be sold into the open market.

2.  Convertible debentures, generally speaking, is a terrible option for management to embark upon because it guarantees dismal performance for shareholders due not only to the high interest paid on the loan but the dilutive nature of the way such deals get structured.  In this particular situation it is even worse because of the 25% or so discount to market price.  To this day I still have no idea why the share price rose so much on the day that debenture deal got announced.

The current Share price has remained dismal because:

a. Management's decision making on the management of Shares,Options and Warrants (including the pricing)

b. Shorters

c. None of the above
