Maybe its like an audit. Every questionable 100th post gets and evalutation and if its unsatisfactory, that poster gets hit. Instead of the IRS, its the SEP for September [ Stockhouse Evaluation Program}. Oh jeez... I'd better not give them any ideas lol.!
