Canadian Life Companies Split Corp T.LFE

The Companys investment objectives are (i) to provide holders of Preferred Shares with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of $0.04375 per Preferred Share to yield 5.25% per annum on the original issue price (ii) to provide holders of Class A Shares with regular monthly cash distributions targeted to be $0.10 per Class A Share to yield 8.0% per annum on the original issue price and (iii) to return the original issue price to holders of both Preferred Shares and Class A Shares at the time of the redemption of such shares on December 1, 2012. The Company will invest primarily in a portfolio of common shares of Proceeds: (the ``Portfolio) which will include the following publicly traded Canadian life insurance companies (the ``Portfolio Companies), each of whose shares will generally represent no less than 10% and no more than 30% of the net asset value (``Net Asset Value) of the Company: Great-West Lifeco Inc.

I am still very confident in this company and didn't sell due to being unsatisfied in anyway.

Simply put I got greedy and unloaded, just because I wanted/thought a lower entry point, aiming for a 4 handle. It was a shot in the dark.

I will be buying in next month regardless of where the price is. Hopefully I will get a reasonable entry point. Still very possible that ther $5 barrior falls before the $6. 
We haven't had a large daily decline on the Lifecos since LFE announced it's nonpayment, A couple of those could change things.

I'm not in a rush and still plan on getting the same avg price or better.

And more importantly I want to ensure the readers of this board that I haven't  lost my shine for LFE! She will still be a large part of my retirement plan, her and DGS. My TFSA is lonely with LFE right now! 

Anyways Congrats to all holders in this great company. This latest run I missed, but there will be others, in both directions.
