RE:How can the deal be bad?

RE:How can the deal be bad?The one aspect I do know is that from a relationship perspective between the ACB/RTI teams, its outstanding. There will be no manipulation; any enuising agreements will be considerate and mutually beneficial.

Ok guys.
We can now assume that RTi will get their license soon, and that the deal with ACB will be published soon as well. We know that ACB owns a great deal of RTI so they have all reason to want to see the SP rise after the deal. They don't own majority of RTI so they can't use their ownership to manipulate RTI for a good deal about margins (which could be the only threatening scenario).

So my question is, what kind of deal could be considered bad news and make the SP fall?
