In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

XOP does not need the Ministerial consent to the change of control to start drilling and it cannot be unreasonably withheld. At the AGM on June 5, Art said that will eventually issue and would not impede the appraisal drill program. Good40, I can only speculate you are posting misleading statements to entice sales while you accumulate a bigger position and hope to keep the price down. GLTA
