You think you are an "investor" that's not what we are we are along for the ride and when MRS is 50 cents yes I am selling and doing it all over

You buy REITs and collect divs, on 200k shares I make $50k I have no issue with letting someone else get the ride from .50 to .75 its a flow

You trap money in dead pools and curb the flow
