In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

Good40, you have made this argument before. Based on your argument, debt financing would not be available because there are no reserves. We have multiple representations that debt financing is available. Art had financing at the June 5 AGM and left the meeting to find a better deal. It is taking time to put a better deal together. The risk here is vastly different than you are trying to present to investors.
